A standout example of INTERNORGA’s innovative spirit is The Raging Pig Company. This Hamburg-based startup showcased vegan pork alternatives in the Newcomers Area at INTERNORGA 2024, bringing fresh ideas to the food world with plant-based bacon and classic German bratwurst made from peas, mushrooms, and wheat. Following their impressive appearance at the leading trade fair, their products are now available nationwide in restaurants, selected grocery stores, and cafeterias.
