Master craftsmen and young talents from the Hamburg Confectioners' Guild show how creative and demanding their craft is. Special techniques relating to the processing of sugar, chocolate, marzipan and the like will be presented live on the Back Stage.


Bettina Schliephake-Burchardt, head of the Hamburg Confectioners' Guild and successful TV presenter ("Das große Backen" and "Das große Promibacken") will be giving practical tips and suggestions, among other things. It's worth coming along!
