Pizza-Experience at INTERNORGA – The event for real pizza lovers!

The fascinating world of pizza in all its facets becomes a tangible sensation at the Pizza Experience at INTERNORGA! Here, experienced pizza bakers will showcase the latest trends, techniques and products that will make the heart of every pizza fan beat faster.

From classic recipes to modern creations – innovative ideas and inspiration come directly from the professionals and visitors can experience first-hand how the perfect pizza is created from the best ingredients and craftsmanship. 

Visitors can look forward to exciting seminars on the preparation of real Neapolitan pizza, held by pizza masters Luca Di Massa AVPN and Umberto Napolitano from Pizza-Schule.  A unique opportunity to learn the secrets of Neapolitan pizza directly from the best in the business. There will also be spectacular pizza-making demonstrations and tastings of the best pizzas.

The highlights are undoubtedly the two competitions:

  • 17 March 2025: ‘12th German Pizza Bakers’ Championship’
  • 18 March 2025: ‘3rd European Pizza Excellence’
