Eating habits are changing. With plant-based alternatives, diners are adding variety to their menus and consciously consuming fewer animal products. More and more companies are recognizing the potential of these products and are continuously expanding their range. The nutrition organization ProVeg International, which promotes vegan and vegetarian nutrition, will be represented at INTERNORGA 2022 with a competence center on the topic of plant-based cuisine. In the transition from the A to the B halls, ProVeg will advise interested parties on trends and potentials of plant-based meals for the out-of-home market.
Under the motto "Plantbased - come to stay", Katleen Haefele, International Head of Food Services & Events at ProVeg, will be providing important insights into plant-based nutrition at INTERNORGA. She talks about market development and trends, ProVeg in general and gives an outlook on the future. There will be discussion rounds at the ProVeg booth on the topics of meat alternatives, school catering, plantbased in the healthcare segment, and the V-label.
