INTERNORGA 2023 will once again bring together industry players, exhibitors and visitors, create new synergies and draw on valuable potential. INTERNORGA is thus consolidating its role as an ideas generator and trendsetter in the entire baking segment. In addition to the "oven-fresh news" to be discovered at the major leading trade fair, the focus is on personal exchange. Representatives of bakeries and confectioners can look forward to the new INTERNORGA format Open Stage, the well-known BACK Stage and the "Sweet Art" competition. BACK Stage, and “Sweet Art”, the popular and at the same time sweetest of all INTERNORGA competitions for young talents, will be hosted by the Hamburg Confectioners' Guild together with pastry chef and TV face Bettina Schliephake-Burchardt. Here, master confectioners and young talents present refined processing techniques and suggestions for everything to do with flour, sugar, chocolate & co. The "Sweet Art" competition proves how diverse and imaginative the confectionery trade is.
